BYU vs UTAH Basketball

We had a great time in Utah with the Bosco's and the Oddison's. Robbie and Karen invited us to the BYU/Utah "White Out" basketball game. Everyone was supposed to wear white. Robbie and Karen have great seats on the 4th row. The crowd is always crazy when they play against Utah. It's amazing to be at a game and see General Authorities from our Church in attendance. Hearing them speak at conference and seeing them at games in unbelievable. Thank you Robbie and Karen- you always turn the trip into great memories. We love ya'll. O I almost forgot BYU won.

I am a child of God

Nic's girlfriend Kim Stetson was baptised into our church. We were so blessed that she let us take part in her baptism. Thank you to Karen and Robbie Bosco for helping with her discussions and to Sharon and Howie Nelson for hosting a luncheon afterward. Nic postponed his surgery so that he could baptise her.

Nic's Ankle

How does a child play rough and tough sports from the age of 5 until past High School graduation and not get hurt,then sprain and break his ankle twice??? While Nic was on his mission for our Church he sprained his ankle playing soccer. I wish I could say that he was snow-boarding down a mountain in Utah. Instead he falls off a trampoline while standing on it. Yes I said STANDING- These pictures are a week later. He is very bruised-swollen and has fracture blisters. Surgery in a week.

Oh I wish I had an Oscar Mayer Weiner....

We went out to celebrate Annita Watson's Birthday. After dinner and a movie we saw the "Weiner Mobile" in the parking lot. I forgot to take pictures at dinner and at the movies, but I had it for the weiner mobile. What a crazy Friday the 13th.

Zoo Run

Again what was I thinking? I am not going to run another race unless it is sunny and warm outside. We celebrated Christine Long's birthday running in the Nashville Zoo Run. Her daughter Allie and Kathy Newsome ran with us. What a great way to celebrate your day. Your the best Christine and I love you!! Happy Birthday.

Jill Ellison

Jill Ellison is one of the sweetest people that I know. So when she called and said how jealous she was that I had posted a picture of me and Becky at Lake Powell and not her I had to dig up pictures of Jill. Sorry Rob- we couldn't control her. Enjoy

St.Jude Marathon-Memphis Tennessee

What a cold day. It seemed like such a great idea in July. Since I still have sister's in the area we also got together for Christmas. Sharon drove from Dallas with her kids Chandler-16 Carlisle-11 and Cooper- 6. Sandra's company is a big sponsor for the Marathon. Steve and Sharalee Nabrotzky stayed at Mike's house with us. Steve was running the whole 26 miles.It was his first full and he did a great job. Sharalee and Kyle (3 months) were his biggest fans. I had shin splints for about a month and decided to run the 5k instead of the half. Sharon and Tyler ran with me. We had such a good time.
